[PATCH v2] ARM: imx: phyCORE i.MX7 on phyBOARD-Zeta support

This adds preliminary support for the phyCORE i.MX7 module on a
phyBOARD-Zeta baseboard. The DTs will likely change in the future
when PHYTEC finalizes their BSP.
